Temperature Controllers “MV-DC” Range

Many plastic processes require water at temperature slightly higher than the water temperaturewhich is available in the central cooling system.

Very frequently in the same applications a large amount of heat must be removed from the process ( mould or roll) and for this reason the temperature controllers need high cooling capacity.

In order to meet the above requirements in a simple and efficient way two new ranges of water temperature control units have been introduced:

 
MV AND DC

Both in the MV range and in the DC range the cooling water is mixed with the process water. The main cooling circuit has to be a closed loop circuit. The two ranges include several models equipped with or without heating elements according to the specific needs.

The combination of a chiller with a MV temperature control unit represents an ideal solution when two different water temperatures are required in a mould. Several MV units connected to one main chiller can be installed next to the processing machines in order to obtain different temperature settings.

 
Standard equipment :
  • Temperature range: up to 50°C (machines without heaters) and up to 90°C(machines equipped with heating elements)
  • Stainless steel pump
  • Microprocessor temperature controller with double PID
  • Modulating 3 way valve (for MV units) providing high temperature accuracy
Larger units are available on request.
 
Options :
  • Heaters from 3 to 24 kW
  • High flow and high pressure pumps
  • Flow switch (necessary for units equipped with heating elements)
  • Heating elements controlled by Solid State Relays
 
 
Refrigeratori Condensati Ad Acqua Water Cooled Water Chillers
Refrigeratori d’acqua monoblocco a funzionamento automatico di concezione modulare, con condensazione ad acqua. Modular self-contained water cooled water chillers.
 
Modelli con circuito di refrigerazione singolo e un compressore UNI/W, oppure due compressori e due circuiti indipendenti TWIN/W, oppure quattro compressori e quattro circuiti indipendenti: MULTI/W.   Three series of units: with one refrigeration circuit and one compressor: UNI/W; two compressors and two independent circuits: TWIN/W;four compressors and four independent refrigeration circuits: MULTI/W.
 
L’assenza di ventilatori riduce l’emissione sonora in ambiente e rende possibile, nella maggior parte dei casi, la sovrapposizione di due unità riducendo gli ingombri al suolo.   Reduced overall dimensions; in most of cases the units can be installed stacked one on top of the other.
